Summer's favorite drink featuring rum and mint leaves.

  • Light rum 1½ oz
  • Mint leaves 3 to 6
  • Simple syrup ½ oz
  • Lime juice ¾ oz
  • Soda water ½ oz
  • Lime wheel 1

Making the best mojito requires you to muddle mint leaves. So, put those in the shaker tin first and muddle them at the bottom.

Then, add the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup into the shaker. Throw in some ice, shake, and strain into a highball (with ice).

Top with the club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
