Mai Tai

Garnish with one or more of: lime, orange, or pineapple.


  • Gold Rum 1½ oz
  • Triple Sec ½ oz
  • Orgeat Syrup ½ oz
  • Lime juice ½ oz
  • Dark rum ½ oz

Bring the Tiki culture to you with a Mai Tai!

Simply shake all ingredients except the dark rum in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a lowball with crushed ice.

Float dark rum on top for the final touch.

Mai Tai

Tiki culture has had its ups and downs in the past century. Wildly popular in the 1930s, it began to decline in the 1970s only to make a comeback in the late 1990s.
